Upadłość polskich przedsiębiorstw w latach 2009-2012

Abstract
Upadłość przedsiębiorstw może być rozważana w ujęciu prawnym i ekonomicznym. W sensie prawnym oznacza wyeliminowanie podmiotu z rynku, natomiast w ujęciu ekonomicznym jest to brak spłaty zobowiązań przedsiębiorstwa. Przyczyny upadłości można podzielić na wewnętrzne (zależne od przedsiębiorstwa) i zewnętrzne (zależne od otoczenia). Każde postępowanie upadłościowe dłużnika to złożony proces gdyż obejmuje wielu interesariuszy, którzy mają różne oczekiwania prowadzące często do sytuacji konfliktowych. Analiza upadłości przedsiębiorstw w ciągu ostatnich lat w Polsce wykazała, iż od 2010 roku ich liczba stale rośnie.
