НЕОБХІДНІСТЬ РОЗВИТКУ ТА ЗАТВЕРДЖЕННЯ ІДЕОЛОГІЇ ДЕРЖАВИ ДЛЯ СУЧАСНОЇ ТА ДЕМОКРАТИЧНОЇ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
Given the events taking place in modern Ukraine, the development of a state ideology acceptable to most of society is as urgent as the resolution of economic and foreign policy problems. Ukrainian society prevails over the crisis, within which the spiritual and ideological crisis is in the first place, since political and economic relations in society are determined by its spirituality and dominant ideology. The functions of ideology, first of all, are reduced to the mastery of mass political consciousness, the introduction of clear and understandable goals, objectives, and all the guidelines in politics. Thus, we can say that state ideology, as a special kind of political ideology, is at the same time a special element of social consciousness. However, due to the rapidly changing economic and political orientations, state ideology must be capable of not overcoming these new landmarks, then at least it is understandable and expedient to explain to the masses their necessity and timeliness. Without a certain system of ideas it is extremely difficult to determine the purpose, task and direction of further development of the state. The emergence of this apparent contradiction lies in the fact that every ideology in relation to a particular person, a citizen, does not really have to be compulsory or coercive, but the state, as a subject of political relations, must have its own ideology – a general strategy for its development. The author investigates the necessity of developing and approving the ideology of the state for modern Ukraine. Determines its positive influence on the definition of a national strategy for building the state in conducting legal, socio-economic reforms and democratization of society. Notes that legal ideology today is an important part of the state legal development of Ukraine. But the evolution of legal ideology is based on a number of factors such as the rule of law, priority rights and freedoms, the principle of separation of powers, the proper level of legal culture, social compromise, political pluralism and moral and ethical potential of society and so on. State ideology, as a special kind of political ideology, is at the same time a special element of social consciousness. It emphasizes that the national revival of Ukraine is not one of the possible ways of developing the nation, but a prerequisite for Ukraine’s exit from the crisis and its entry into the world community by a strong, independent state. The new Ukrainian state ideology should be based on the principles of national and social justice, any anti-Ukrainian activity should be outlined by law (to prevent distortions of reality and manipulations by individual citizens) and to tighten hard.
