Abstract
The article analyzes the main procedural peculiarities and legal consequences of temporal seizure of property in criminal proceedings. The cases of temporary seizure of property by law enforcement bodies are considered and its organizational elements are highlighted, as well as proposals for improving the current legislation and legal practice on the mentioned issues are formulated.
