NEW TREND IN THE UKRAINIAN REAL ESTATE MARKET

Abstract
The article reveals the impact of economic instability on the development of the real estate market and the housing construction industry in Ukraine. The influence of modern technologies on the sphere of construction and the quality of life of the population is analyzed. On the basis of foreign experience, the main reasons for the construction of non-standard small-sized housing, its strengths and weaknesses, as well as the categories of the population for which it is proposed, are researched and revealed.
