TOOLS AND THEORY OF ESTIMATION OF EFFICIENCY OF NETWORK INTERACTION OF ENTERPRISES IN THE AGRICULTURE ORGANIZATION

Abstract
The article examines theories and tools for modeling effective business networks of enterprises, among which a certain sequence is established to determine the problems of the functioning of joint organizational forms (complex business systems). It is argued that the evaluation of the effectiveness of the network interaction of enterprises should be considered on the basis of the benefits of cooperation (structure, functional, components, behavior). The close dependence of the potential efficiency (adaptability) on the symbiosis of resources, proved in the model of the MARM (model of assessment and resource management) for rapid audit of enterprises participating in the agro-industrial network, is proved. The possibilities of using the theory of sustainable competitive advantages for assessing the potential efficiency of managing the set of resources of an actor enterprise are determined.
