NON-GOVERNMENTAL SYSTEMS OF JUSTICE: MODELS OF RELATIONSHIP WITH STATE LEGAL SYSTEMS

Abstract
The aim of the article is to provide a general characterization of the non-state system of justice. The article reveals the main models of such systems. Particular attention is paid to the issue of non-state judicial systems, which makes it possible to raise the issue of extending fair justice standards to them.
