ON DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT OF LEGAL REGULATION OF EARLY REPAYMENT BY THE BORR OWER OF A LOAN IN THE CIVIL LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article considers the state of legal regulation of early repayment by the borrower of a loan under a loan agreement in the civil legislation of Ukraine. It is proved that the legal regulation of early repayment of a loan by the borrower, with the help of subsidizing the application of norms governing the loan agreement in this case, is not effective. Based on the research and analysis of EU and European law, the author proposes amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine.
