In the scientific article researched the historical the aspects of initiating and formation of administrative legislation in the construction industry. Was carried out retrospective analysis normative legal acts regulating the activity of the state bodies in the construction industry. Were proposed the allocation of development periods of administrative legislation in the construction industry.
