NON-WASTE TECHNOLOGIES IN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX AS A COMPONENT OF NATIONAL SECURITY

Abstract
Purpose. Investigation of the question of ensuring a national security of Ukraine through the prism of the issues of implementation of non-waste technologies in the agro-industrial complex. Methodology of research. As a theoretical and methodological basis of the study served the concepts of national security, sustainable development, the results of fundamental domestic and foreign research on the problems of agro-industrial production. The following methods were used in the research: systems approach to study the links between phenomena and processes of sustainable development and the renewal of agrarian production; dialectical – to consider phenomena in their interconnection and development, unity and struggle of contradictions; theoretical generalization and comparison – for the development of the conceptual apparatus. Causal-investigatory method concluded that there are economic, social and environmental trends in the implementation of non-waste technologies in the agro-industrial complex. Findings. The creation and implementation of effective non-waste technologies meets the interests of the national security of Ukraine on providing ecologically and technologically safe conditions for the life of both human and society, preservation of the natural environment, ensuring economical use of raw materials and energy resources was substantiated. It was proved that introduction of non-waste technologies in agroindustrial complex ensures ecological, economic and social interests of the society. Originality. The developement strategy of the agro-industrial complex has been further developed on the basis of the introduction of modern non-waste and low-energy energy saving technologies in agrarian production. Practical value. The results of the study indicate the feasibility of introducing non-waste production at processing enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, which is the key to the competitive functioning of the agro-industrial complex and the economic security of the state.
