THEORY AND PRACTICE OF REGULATION OF ECONOMIC RELATIONS IN AN UNSTABLE ENVIRONMENT

Abstract
Purpose justification of the use of effective instruments of state regulation of the economy. Methodology of research. In the process of research used the methods of scientific research: monographic – for the analysis of research results and synthesis of scientific viewpoints on issues of justification of effective instruments of state regulation of the economy; graphical method for visual presentation of material; induction and deduction, system analysis, abstract-logical for theoretical generalization, the formation of conclusions and scientific reflection. Findings. Developed practical recommendations on the use of economic and administrative legal tools in an unstable environment to self-regulation of their economic activities in different subjects. The described methods are conditioned by regulated social relations and implemented in a legal form, which includes the signs of legal methods. In the conditions of modern activity, the probability of wider use of administrative methods, which can bring the economy out of the crisis in a shorter period is increasing. Originality. It was substantiated of the initial requirements in the implementation in practice of state regulation of economy methods that enhance the efficiency of the Ukrainian economy and implementation of specific tasks of socio-economic development in the framework of the implementation of the sustainable development strategy "Ukraine – 2020". Practical value. The results of the research and proposed solutions to the problems can be used by public authorities to improve the functioning of the mechanism of state regulation of economic relations in an unstable environment.
