Normative and legal bases of state policies in the state export control

Abstract
The article deals with issues of state export control of international transfers of military and dual- use goods. The regulatory and legal framework of state policy in the field of state export control is explored. The basic normative-legal acts of state control over international transfers of military and dual-use goods are determined. The features and procedures of export control in Ukraine are analyzed. The problems of normative regulation of state export control are outlined.
