Normative-legal regulation of forms of combat and service activity of National police departments of Ukraine: problem resolution

Abstract
The article, based on the analysis of theoretical principles and normative-legal framework that regulates the service-fighting activity of the law enforcement forces, considers the object, subject and the main tasks of the study of normative-legal regulation of the forms of service-fighting activities of the units of the National Police of Ukraine. The problematic issues of the theory of military-fighting forces of the law enforcement forces are outlined, namely: the absence of both the regulatory and legal framework and the organizational foundations of legal regulation of the forms of military-military activity of the National Police of Ukraine and special integrated studies of this problem; unregulated many organizational and tactical issues of the problem; The weak interaction of the National Police of Ukraine and other subjects of military-combat activity in the choice of types, forms and methods of action during the performance of military and combat tasks is highlighted. It was concluded that the decision of the problem of normative-legal regulation of the forms of service-fighting activities of the units of the National Police of Ukraine at the present stage of development of this central executive body whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, requires the study of the whole set of social security relations and the country's defense, which takes place in the military-military activities of the National Police of Ukraine and the formation of the corresponding regulatory and regulatory system. The purpose of this study, taking into account the provisions of the strategic documents of the country's security and defense sector, is to formulate scientifically substantiated recommendations on improving the regulatory framework based on a comprehensive analysis of legal theories and legal acts, national practice and international experience. the organizational basis of the legal regulation of the forms of military-fighting activity of the National Police of Ukraine at the present stage of development of Ukrainian statehood, to define and characterize its foundations in the interests of ensuring national security and the development of democratic relations in Ukraine.
