Normative-legislative and socio-pedagogical bases of application of innovative technologies in Azerbaijan school

Abstract
The article reviews the application of innovative technologies in the Azerbaijani school. In particular, it is determined that there is a legal basis for the functioning of the secondary school in terms of the methodological approaches to training, material resources, as well as the necessary socio-psychological conditions for effective schooling. Based on the analysis of a number of state documents, the consideration of the socio-psychological factor, the existence of close links with the methodological council of the school and the region, with the courses of advanced training, strict control over the quality of teaching, and overall training by the school collective and the public, it was concluded that the work in this direction was still insufficient. This is evidenced by the results of the university admission scores, as well as systematic inspections conducted by the competent authorities in schools.
