NOTICES TO UNDERSTANDING CATEGORY «MECHANISM OF LEGAL REGULATION»

Abstract
The article highlights some problems of understanding the legal category of “the mechanism of legal regulation” and approaches to determining the components of this legal phenomenon. It is noted that under the mechanism of legal regulation it is customary to understand the legal methods taken in unity and interaction that participate in the legal regulation of public relations. Attention is focused on the fact that in the theory of administrative law there is no single point of view on understanding and definition of the concept of “the mechanism of legal regulation”. This category is constantly transformed under the influence of a permanent change in social relations, and therefore requires in-depth study and scientific reflection, taking into account the transformation of modern social relations.
