NOWADAYS ANALYSIS OF USING INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE UNIVERSITIES MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyze, summarize and systematize the universities and IT companies achievements aimed at educational, scientifi c and organizational automation of the university, to require the information and analytical systems management of universities. The current state of ICT use in the universities management is defi ned and some problems that exist in this area are singled out. The existing approaches to routine processes automation of the most of the modern universities are analyzed. The main purpose and problems of the universities automated control systems are determined. A comparative analysis of the universities automation systems that were most commonly used by Ukrainian universities is done. The basic requirements for an automated control university system are outlined. It is found that the Web-based management university systems are the most successful.
