Numeral-analytical design of noise generator of millimeter range on corps IMPATT diodes

Abstract
The numeral-analytical model of noise generator of millimeter range on IMPATT diodes is considered. It is shown; that it is possible to calculate parameters of generator, applying numeral approach at the design of passive part of generator and analytical approach at the design of its active part.
