O aprendizado do trabalho coletivo como qualificador da formação de professores

Abstract
Reflections on group work based on a research made in teacher’s college courses have been presented in contrast to proposals found in the educational projects of those courses. The perception of teachers and students about group work and integrated work has been discussed, establishing their differences. The use of group work has been defended as a possibility of a freeing education based on self organization and individual participation in the process.
