Abstract
The article deals with actual problems of innovations development. The disadvantages of the existing system of promoting innovations based on venture investment have been revealed and proved by a specific example. An offer has been made to radically improve it by creating an essentially new system of conversion promising inventions into profitable innovations which will fully meet the modern requirements of technical development of the mankind.
