O „nieszczęśliwym nietoperzu” w Landrechcie Pruskim. Darowizna remuneratoryjna

Abstract
This article deals with the regulation of the remuneratory gift in General State Laws for the Prussian States. It presents critical commentaries to this regulation of the two Prussian lawyers, Julius Albert Gruchot and Christian Friedrich Koch. Their opinions can be seen as a small contribution in the discussion about the German pandectistic expansion in the second half of the 19th century on the interpretation of the civil Prussian law solutions under the General State Laws for the Prussian States.
