Обґрунтування стратегій стійкого розвитку виробничого підприємства в умовах економічної нестабільності / Substantiation of strategies of manufacturing business sustainability under unstable economic conditions

Abstract
У статті обґрунтовано об'єктивну необхідність удосконалення механізму розробки ефективних стратегій виробничого підприємництва України на основі концепції визначення ключових факторів стійкого розвитку. Запропоновано науково-методичний підхід щодо економічного обґрунтування впливу ключових факторів стійкого розвитку виробничого підприємництва на результативність діяльності вітчизняних компаній і фірм у контексті аналізу їх ресурсних можливостей і застосування методики оцінки ефективності використання інвестиційного потенціалу. Реалізація запропонованої методології дозволить підвищити ефективність виробничого підприємництва за рахунок оптимального розподілу наявних інвестиційних коштів в умовах кризових явищ у світовій економіці та обмежених фінансових можливостей вітчизняного бізнесу. The article investigates the introduction of efficient strategic management at Ukraine’s manufacturing companies considering the necessity of ensuring the local business sustainability. While investigating this issue, one should pay attention to the necessity of urgent solution of the key problems of the manufacturing business and formation of the system comprising the most essential factors of its sustainable development. The research object includes Ukrainian manufacturing companies and firms with some specific features of the activity associated with using different types of resources, namely the natural ones, under unstable economic conditions. The research is aimed at determining the components of the structural model comprising interrelated technical, economic, industrial, innovation and financial factors of the activity in order to form the ways of using the available industrial and investment potential of Ukrainian companies efficiently considering their strategic goals. To achieve this goal, the authors apply general scientific and specific research methods, namely: analytical and logical generalizations and structured system analysis. The authors have suggested applying a scientific and methodological approach to substantiate the impact of the key factors of the manufacturing business sustainability on Ukrainian companies and firms’ efficiency in the context of analyzing their resource potential applying the methods of evaluating the investment potential efficiency. The obtained results and application of the suggested methods will make it possible to increase the strategic indicators of the manufacturing business due to the optimum distribution of available investments under unstable economic conditions of the world economy and limited financial means of the domestic business.
