OBJECT-ORIENTED APPROACH TO FORWARDING SERVICE PROCESS SIMULATION

Abstract

The basic structure of simulation model of the forwarding service process for motor transport has been given. Base classes and interfaces of the simulation model have been presented in order to develop suitable decision-making support software. It has been demonstrated that at the moment the simulation is the most acceptable option in forecasting the demand for freight forwarding services and interaction between agents at the transport service market.
