ОБКАТЫВАНИЕ РОЛИКАМИ КАК МЕТОД ПОВЫШЕНИЯ КАЧЕСТВА И ПРОЧНОСТИ ДЕТАЛЕЙ ПРИ РЕМОНТЕ МАШИН

Abstract
The analysis of the method of surface plastic deformation of steel parts by rollers to improve their wear resistance, fatigue and contact strength is presented. A technique for selecting the optimal roller rolling regime has been developed. It is established that eight basic parameters affect the result of rolling: the material of the part, its shape, the initial roughness of the rolled surface, the diameter and radius of the roller shape, the force, the feeding, the number of passes. The analysis showed that rolling by rollers leads to an increase in wear resistance of friction pairs by 3 to 4 times under conditions of excessive lubrication and by 1.5 to 2 times in abrasive wear. Durability of steel parts, working in conditions of bearing strain, increases by 2-3 times due to hardening rolling. As a result of rolling, the hydro abrasive wear of the buildup plungers decreases by 15-18 % and their cavitation resistance increases significantly.
