Obliteracje jamy zęba i sposoby postępowania

Abstract
Cel pracy: Celem pracy jest przedstawienie różnych sposobów postępowania z obliteracją systemu kanałowego. Materiał i metody: W pracy przedstawiono przypadki leczenia zębów z różnymi postaciami obliteracji, a także przypadek obserwacji zęba z zanikiem świtała kanału korzeniowego, gdzie nie wdrożono leczenia endodontycznego. Wyniki: Leczenie zębów z obliteracją jest trudnym i czasochłonnym zabiegiem. Podczas pracy niezwykle pomocnym urządzeniem jest mikroskop zabiegowy oraz skaler ultradźwiękowy z różnymi typami końcówek. W niektórych przypadkach, zamiast wdrażania leczenia endodontycznego, wskazana jest obserwacja zęba, bez podejmowania jakiejkolwiek ingerencji stomatologicznej. Wnioski: Postępowanie z zębami zobliterowanymi nie jest jednoznaczne.
