Obustronne zwichnięcie stawu ramiennego u 7-letniego dziecka z progerią

Abstract
Zwichnięcie stawu ramiennego należy do rzadkich urazów narządu ruchu u dzieci, a progeria jest rzadko spotykanym schorzeniem. W prezentowanym przypadku zwichnięcie dotyczy obydwu stawów, miało miejsce przy urazie o niedużej kinetyce. Postępowanie lecznicze polegało na repozycji w znieczuleniu ogólnym, z następowym unieruchomieniem w opatrunku ósemkowym na 2 tygodnie.
