ОЦІНКА ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ МОТИВАЦІЙНОГО МЕХАНІЗМУ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПЕРСОНАЛУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Abstract
V.Gonchar. Assessing the efficiency of motivation mechanism of enterprise staff’s innovative activity. We have studied factor-criterion characteristics influencing the efficiency of the motivation mechanism for staff management. The motivation mechanism for effective staff management should be understood as a self-regulating system of motives and stimuli, formed on the basis of individual needs, realized through the collective interest of enterprise staff with the consideration of forms, principles, methods and levers of management. The use of the suggested tools in the process of realizing social-labour relations promotes getting optimal results in the enterprise activity. The analysis of methodical and practical development works on the efficiency assessment of innovations’ implementation allowed improving the complex assessment of quality and effectiveness of staff innovative activity which includes integral, criterion and expert assessment. Unlike the existing ones, it is an efficient tool of assessing the introduced methods of motivating innovative processes; assessing the efficiency and timeliness of performance of the main and support staff. The use of this tool promotes motivating employees to highly productive, qualitative and timely labour. It has been proved that such tools of external influence affect highly productive innovative activity of enterprise staff: the criterion system of stiring the staff to activity by stimulating production - technological, financial-economical, social-labour, organizational-corporate economic-ecological criteria. The suggested method can be used in comparative efficiency assessment of innovative processes, and also for the analysis of internal factors influencing the efficiency of the motivation system used.
