Office space market in sustainable buildings in the Tri-city

Abstract
Buildings’ realization according to sustainable construction standards has recently become noticeable tendency in the field of office building. Obtaining a certificate in ecology involves the necessity of meeting different standards such as requirements for the quality of inner environment, energy efficiency, availability of transport means, proper water and waste managing practices and usage of natural building materials. The main purpose of this paper is the attempt of describing the office space market in sustainable buildings, in Tri-city. Taking into consideration numerous studies discussing the market in Poland, empirical research and authors own experience, the case of supply and demand, in the field, will be analysed and preferences of modern tenants will be examined.
