Abstract
This paper outlines the general principles governing the sale of timber by the State Forests. Discussed rules result from the legal norms and they are part of applicable law. In addition, the principles of the process of wood transportation purchased from the State Forests were presented. The information contained in this publication may be of interest to those planning to open a business, both in the wood pro-cessing and transportation sector.
