ON A COMPLETE TOPOLOGICAL INVERSE POLYCYCLIC MONOID

Abstract
We give sufficient conditions when a topological inverse l-polycyclic monoid Pl is absolutely Hclosed in the class of topological inverse semigroups. For every infinite cardinal l we construct the coarsest semigroup inverse topology tmi on Pl and give an example of a topological inversemonoid S which contains the polycyclic monoid P2 as a dense discrete subsemigroup.
