On exclusion of candidates for people’s deputies of Ukraine from party’s electoral list in a multi-mandate constituency

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the problem of exclusion of candidates for people’s deputies of Ukraine from party’s electoral list in a multi-mandate constituency in the context of the Law of Ukraine as of February 16, 2016 On Amending the Law of Ukraine On Elections of People’s Deputies of Ukraine as to the Exclusion of Candidates for People’s Deputies of Ukraine from Party’s Electoral List in a Multi-Mandate Constituency’. A conclusion is made that for the above norms of the Law the general principle of absence of the reverse effect of the law (lexprospicit, non respicit) shall be valid, therefore they do not comply with art. 58 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
