ON PROTECTION OF AUTHOR’S RIGHTS IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The scientific article examines the concept of the legal category of “protection of author’s rights in civil proceedings”. It is analyzed the understanding of this notion in the scientific doctrine and legislation of Ukraine. It is outlined the characteristic features of this concept and determined the specific of the author’s rights as an object of legal protection. Consequently it is formulated the definition of legal category “protection of author’s rights in civil proceedings”.
