ON THE CONCEPT AND SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THE ARBITRATION MANAGING DIRECTOR

Abstract
The concept and specific features of the arbitration managing director are investigated in the article. The significant attention in the article is allocated to development of offers concerning improvement of legal regulation of activity of the arbitration managing director. Result of research became entering offers concerning changes and additions in the current legislation of Ukraine.
