On The Correlation between Official Automation Information Systems and Improvement of Decision- Making among the Employers and Managers of Organization (Case Study: West Azerbaijan Maskan Bank)

Abstract
The aim of the present study is to examine the correlation between official automation information systems and improvement of decision-making among the employers and managers of organization (case study: West Azerbaijan Maskan Bank). The statistical population comprises of all 322 employees working in West Azerbaijan Maskan Bank. Using Cochran formula, the sample size was determined as 175 who were chosen using stratified random sampling method. To collect the data, official support and telecommunication as well as decision-making questionnaires. The reliability of the questionnaire was determined as 0.849. Having collected the required ta, statistical analysis tests (Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Spearman correlation coefficient) were employed. The results obtained from regression test indicated that subscales of official automation information systems i.e. documents management, documents transferring were in correlation with improvement of decision-making among the managers and employees.
