On the issue of “Constitution” of the European Union

Abstract
The article, based on the current views on the legal nature of the European Union and the sources of law system of the European Union, stated that a use of the term “Constitution of European Union” can be regarded as admissible only in relation to the documents, in aggregate make up the primary law of the European Union. Thus, at the present stage we can speak only of a consolidated “Constitution of European Union”, which includes in its membership the primary legal acts of the European Union.
