On the issue of self-sufficient motivation in the field of law

Abstract
The paper investigates the problem of self-sustaining motivation in terms of the psychological theory of law. Characteristic properties of ethic emotions are studied. It is concluded that human dignity, autonomy, self-determination form sufficient motivation in the law.
