ON THE QUESTION OF THE FINANCIAL-LEGAL STATUS DEFINITION BUDGET INSTITUTIONS AND ITS ELEMENTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the financial and legal status of budgetary institutions and their elements. It was clarified that the financial and legal status of budgetary institutions should be considered as a set of rights and obligations, guarantees for the implementation and protection of rights established by law, as well as liability for violation of the requirements of tax legislation of budgetary institutions in budget legal relationships.
