ONLINE COMMUNICATION OF ENTERPRISES: TRENDS AND DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The main tendencies that determine the importance of online marketing communication for the development of enterprises are considered. The basic modern tools of online marketing communication are substantiated. The fact that online marketing communication should reflect not only the enterprises motivation of selling the products, but also the interest in long-term relationships with customers.
