REGULATORY AND LEGAL PROVISION OF INTERNATIONAL CARRIAGE BY CAR TRANSPORT AND PERSPECTIVES OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF PERMITTED AND SUPERVISORY DOCUMENTS

Abstract
The relevance of the study of the system and the structural scheme of normative and legal provision of international freight transport by motor transport as an indispensable condition for the development of the industry is substantiated. The description of certain international treaties that simplify the passage of borders by motor transport and execution of other administrative procedures is presented. The features of the use of the TIR Carnet (TIR Convention), the international consignment note (CMR), the ECMT (CEMT) permits are described. The world tendencies and existing projects on increasing the use of information digital technologies in the organization of international freight transport are described, Ukraine's place in international projects of digital transformation of freight transport is defined. The advantages of switching to the use of the e-TIR e-TIR, electronic transport bill (e-CMR), as well as the development and implementation of electronic permissions for the implementation of international road transport (e-Permit) are revealed.
