ONLINE EDUCATION IN HIGHER SCHOOL: DIAGNOSTICS OF PEDAGOGICAL COMMUNICATIONS FOR THE FUTURE

Abstract
Abstract. The problem of the organization of education has a leading place in society since the idea of education exists. And always the organization of education corresponded to the characteristics of this society and the achievements of science. Otherwise, society would survive regression, because it, in turn, must correspond to the educational process. The latter is connected with the organization of online education and online pedagogical communications. It no longer requires the provident that education has a specific role in the development and dynamic processes of society. As E. Durkheim notes "Any changes in society are reflected in the educational process and vice versa"(5: 28). Since both education and society are in constant change, the problem of effective management of the educational system and the identification of solutions always remains relevant. The forms of organization of education in different cultures were very different, and due to the organization of education in the history of mankind, a wealth of experience has been accumulated. Education can be considered as capital, opportunity, expectation, a way of socialization, self-realization and development of personality. Our researches in several projects at the university show that the issue of the communication model of management in the educational system is no longer solved. It should be noted that in a modern society where information and online resources play a huge role, the communication model in the educational levels can be considered for the future as "Information - self-determination", where information is an educational impulse, self-determination is the student's response. Online education is based on this model, and it is real, because it already exists in our reality. The personal factor in this model disappears, because often we will not deal with face-to-face communications. And what we lose or gain, we can assume from the above. The requirements of the information society of the 21st century correspond not to the closed circle of administrative management, but to self-developing network communication, where each element, as a subject of communication, clearly represents its purpose in the development of this network and, at the same time, realizes the role of this network in its development as a person. Self-developing network communication is a progressive type of organizational management, where the student himself becomes a participant and organizer of communication.
