Optimasi sistem pakar deteksi dini preeklampsia berbasis mobile di puskesamas Jumpandang baru Makassar

Abstract

Abstract: Preeclampsia affects about 3% of all pregnancies. Early identification of pregnancy with risk is a priority in reducing the complications of preeclampsia. Appropriate technology that can be used as one of the efforts of midwives to detect early preeclampsia by utilizing an expert system. The purpose of this study was to make an expert system of early detection of mobile-based preeclampsia. The design used Quantitative research method with cross-sectional approach. The sample used consisted of 100 pregnant women. The results of the study showed that there was a significant correlation between the age of pregnant women on the risk of preeclampsia using mobile-based applications (p <0.005), whereas parity and gestational age did not have a significant relationship (p> 0.005). With sensitivity and specificity values of 92.31% and 83.33% respectively. Keywords: Mobile, early detection, Preeclampsia Abstrak: Preeklampsia mempengaruhi sekitar 3% dari seluruh kehamilan. Identifikasi awal dari kehamilan dengan risiko merupakan prioritas dalam mengurangi komplikasi preeklampsia. Teknologi tepat yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu upaya bidan mendeteksi dini preeklampsia dengan pemanfaatan sistem pakar. Tujuan penelitian ini membuat suatu sistem pakar deteksi dini preeklamsia berbasis mobile. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross secsional. Sampel yang digunakan terdiri 100 Ibu hamil. Hasil penelitian, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan usia ibu hamil terhadap risiko preeklampsia penggunaan aplikasi berbasis mobile (p<0,005) sebaliknya paritas dan usia kehamilan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan (p>0,005). Dengan nilai sensitivitas dan spesifisitas masing-masing 92,31% dan 83,33%. Kata kunci: Mobile, deteksi dini, Preeklampsia
