Оптимізація діагностичного алгоритму у хворих на ехінококоз печінки

Abstract
В роботі представлені результати вивчення сучасної ситуації з ехінококозу, дана характеристика основних методів діагностики та оптимізовано діагностичний алгоритм, що покращує результати лікування. З метою оцінки стану ци- токінової системи у хворих на ехінококоз обстежано 73 особи віком від 20 до 70 років. Методом ІФА (імуноферментного аналізу) досліджені цитокіни TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-1 Ra, IL-4, IL-8, IFN-γ.
