OPTIMIZATION OF COMPLEX TREATMENT ALGOMENORRHEA IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract
The efficacy and safety of the selective nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) movalis as rectal suppositories were studied in 52 gynecological outpatients aged 23,7 ± 2,4 years who had algodysme- norrhea syndrome. All the patients received, in addition to movalis, the standard complex therapy. Inclusion of movalis as rectal suppositories as a NSAID into the complex therapyin patients with pain syndrome was ascertained to diminish the intensity of pain in the first 2-3 days of treatment with its further complete relief, with the agent being well tolerated and causing no adverse reactions in the patients.
