OPTIMIZATION OF EDM PARAMETERS OF STAINLESS STEEL MACHINING USING FUZZY LOGIC

Abstract

Fuzzy logic is very much useful in the concept of machining, but there are so many types of machining. Here in this paper author’s main concern is on EDM i.e. Electrical Discharge Machining. The experimental part in this paper is discussed about the metal stainless steel. The concept of fuzzy logic is very vast and the different methods of fuzzy logic are discussed in briefly. The selected work piece material for this research work is UTS 304 grade stainless steel (density 8030 Kg/m3).
