Abstract
This article examines the methods and techniques for developing self-learning skills of students. In this work, the some methods and recommendations assisting to develop teachers' professional skills are suggested. Moreover, this article reveals the different ways of organizing independent work with students, and the application of new approaches in the teaching practice as well as the study of the lesson. The study of practice in action and the joint planning of the lesson by teachers are provided to better understand the needs and capabilities of trainees. In addition to these, the successive stages of determining the key moments in the self-organization of students during the lesson are defined. Adolescent moral and spiritual qualities through self-regulation are carried out by their self-discipline. The implementation of new ideas in the field of education and training for youth education supplements the ideas of self-discipline, as well as modernizing educational methods, through mutual cooperation between the student and the teacher which are necessary to provide the conditions for achieving a high level of moral development.
