Organization of education in the Red Army military economic academy in 1936-1941

Abstract
The paper analyzes the structure and network of military educational institutions which were training military specialists on different educational levels. The history of foundation and organization of a single higher military educational institution in Ukraine during the interbellum period is presented in the research work. It describes the structure and tasks of the MilitaryEconomic Academy of the Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army. It reflects changes in the organization of the teaching process at the Military-Economic Academy of the Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army during the period of its functioning at the territory of Ukraine. In addition, the article displays the deficiencies that were the result of the implementation of the orders and regulations and the ways of solution of those difficulties which were proposed by the soviet authorities. The requirements to professors, lecturers and trainers which were advanced as for the fair assessment of military students are presented here. As well as requirements to military specialists who were trained at military educational institutions. The methodological bases of the research are based on a combination of historicism, objectivity, systemic nature principles and by using an interdisciplinary approach and a set of methods which allow a comprehensive study of the specifics of the military specialists training at the Military-Economic Academy of the Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army (1936-1941). Orders and regulations were used in writing the reseach paper. These documents depicts and shows the direct effect on the content, forms, principles and organization of educational process in higher military educational institutions of the Soviet Union and Ukraine particularly. That made it possible to present objective information and events which were held in the Military-Economic Academy of the Workers’ and Peasants’ Red Army
