Organization of work in the prosecutor’s office in the context of its legislative reform.

Abstract
The article analyzes the legislative changes in the activities of the prosecutor’s office of Ukraine and outlines the views of scientists on the organization of work in the prosecutor’s office. The organization of work in the bodies of the Prosecutor’s Office is disclosed through solving a set of issues related to the constitutional powers of the prosecutor’s office. Recommendations are given regarding the resolution of problems related to the organization of work in the prosecutor’s office, in the conditions of its reform, by introducing appropriate changes and additions to the Law of Ukraine «On the Prosecutor’s Office».
