Institutional grounds of public administration in the tourism sphere.

Abstract
The article covers the questions of the improvement the system of state authorities of the tourism industry. Those legislation projects that were ready, changed, but for some reason not received, were analyzed. The implementation of state policy in the tourism industry and its processes that affected the development of tourism in Ukraine, its institutional foundations and legal regulation of tourist industry in Ukraine were explored.
