Factors to contribute the improvement and extension of the legal status of human, personality and citizens in the globalization conditions

Abstract
The legal status of the individual and the citizen as the totality of their rights, freedoms and obligations conferred by the nation-state is a decisive factor in understanding the state’s relation to man. In the context of globalization, when human rights are subject to international legal regulation and regulation, and their implementation in the territory of a nation-state is carried out through the lens of its international legal obligations, which provide for the possibility of a conventional control over the fulfillment of such obligations, the role and the importance of the legal status of a person and a citizen increases significantly precisely under the influence of globalization processes, which cover the international community, states, their peoples and people. As a result, there is a transformation and improvement of the legal status of a person and a citizen towards its extension. The purpose of the article is to investigate the factors that contribute to the improvement and expansion of the legal status of a person, individual and citizen in the context of globalization. Scientific novelty is the study and identification of factors that contribute to the transformation of the improvement and expansion of legal status of a person, individual and citizen in the context of globalization. According to the results of the study, 10 such factors were identified and analyzed. Conclusions. Transformation, modernization and expansion of the legal status of a person and a citizen in the conditions of globalization is due to the complex social (economic, political, cultural, informational, religious, ecological) processes of vertical-horizontal and inter-horizontal properties that accompany this phenomenon, involving them in active participation in them. , peoples and people. With the development of humanity and the state-organized society in the context of globalization, the needs, interests, requests, and vital aspirations of people are significantly influenced by globalization processes - they, on the one hand, become not only increasingly different, diverse, subtle, sophisticated, but also, on the other hand, sometimes they are far from the most vital areas of human life, that is, those that threaten the physical existence of a person or his well-being. However, it should be noted that such needs of people are gradually shifting to the spiritual sphere, which addresses the issues of self-perfection of man, his physical and spiritual growth, which is extremely important for modern man. The legal status of a person and a citizen established by a particular state is not a static category - it has a rather high dynamic potential, which makes it sufficiently active to respond to globalization processes aimed at changing the humanistic and humanitarian priorities of the development of statehood and the international community, by means of its modernity, improvements, and extensions.
