ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM FOR IMPLEMENTING THE STRATEGY OF DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL TERRITORIES ON THE BASIS OF STABILITY

Abstract
The paper substantiates the theoretical and methodological principles of forming the efficient organizational and economic mechanism for implementing the strategy of development of rural territories on the basis of stability. The author systematizes the basic conditions and reveals the essence, components and conceptual principles of developing the mechanism for implementing the strategy of stable rural development. The methods and instruments for solving the socio-economic problemsof development of rural territories are suggested, their classification is made.
