Organizational and functional diplomatic service of Ukraine in a period of Central Rada

Abstract

The article is about Ukraine’s international relations of Central Rada epoch, formation of foreign political department and its diplomatic representatives. The plans of Central Rada concerning the formation of Ukraine’s foreign representations are analyzed. The basic stages of the forming of the Ukrainian embassies and diplomatic missions, the delegations to the international forums have been researched. Their structure, professional level and political positions have been described. First, the personal staff of the diplomatic representations, their financing, the personal contribution of the leading Ukrainian diplomats into the realization of the national interests has been determined.
