ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL FRAMEWORKS FOR THE CONTROL OF COMPETITIVENESS OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES AND NATIONAL PATRIOTIC EDUCATION: SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

Abstract
The methodological bases of the competitiveness of educational services in the sphere of higher education and the theoretical foundations of the patriotic education of future teachers are explored. Ukraine should set itself the goal of fully providing its citizens with quality and competitive access to educational services, as well as disclose opportunities to increase economic growth through the production of highly qualified specialists from higher education institutions. The greatest problem of higher education in Ukraine today is the disparity between the needs of the country and the sphere itself. This should become the main engine and the goal of changes in the reform of education in Ukraine. The urgency of the problem is due to the fact that national-patriotic upbringing belongs to the priority areas of the education system and provides for the formation of patriotic feelings, love for one's people, a deep understanding of civic duty, and readiness to defend the state interests of the Motherland. National-patriotic education of citizens is the most important factor in the direction of the state and society to the conscious formation of an active civil society, ensuring the overall sustainable development and national security of the state.
